Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Raveness Beauty, your appointment is reserved just for you, and we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we require a $10-$25 deposit when booking your appointment. • Non-Refundable Deposit: The $10-$25 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total. • Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited. • Repeat Offenders: Clients who no-show or cancel late multiple times may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be denied booking privileges. • Right to Refuse Service: Raveness Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to repeated cancellations, no-shows, or inappropriate behavior. We understand that unexpected situations arise, so if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit and apply it to your new appointment.
